Heavy rains force re-routing and delays at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport

Kenya Airways corporate communications manager Chris Karanja stated two of their aircraft scheduled to land at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) were re-routed to Mombasa due to poor visibility caused by heavy rain. Three services, departing JKIA for Entebbe, Bujumbura and Cairo, were also delayed.
