El Al resumes Tel Aviv-Cairo service following three-month suspension

El Al resumed Tel Aviv-Cairo service on 07-May-2012 following a three-month suspension due to mass protests at the Israeli Embassy in Cairo. Before the suspension, the carrier operated the service up to three times weekly. According to Innovata, the airline is currently scheduled to operate the service weekly using 142-seat Boeing 737-800 equipment, however, from 14-May-2012 there are no scheduled services.
