Biplane that was first to land at MAN Apt mark its 75th birthday

A historic biplane that was the first to land at Manchester Airport has returned to mark the airport's 75th birthday.
The vintage de Havilland Hornet Moth flew in today carrying Peter Menzies, son of original pilot Duncan who was aboard the aircraft back on May 17, 1937.
The single-engined plane was originally not even supposed to have touched down at the Ringway airstrip, as it was then known.
